The electoral roadmap, unveiled on May 1, 2025, outlines key milestones in the election process — from candidate declarations to final results — offering members and stakeholders a clear and structured pathway to a successful electoral cycle.

May 11, 2025 --- Presentation of Electoral Regulations & Candidate Declarations
May 12–15, 2025 --- Submission and collection of declaration forms
May 16, 2025 --- Candidate verification
May 17, 2025 --- Confirmation of candidates & Official Campaign Launch
May 18 – June 1, 2025 --- Voter registry validation & voter card issuance
June 2 – 5, 2025 --- Live Debates featuring candidates for Finance, General Secretary, Deputy Chairperson, and Chairperson
June 7, 2025 --- Start of Open Campaign
June 8, 2025 --- Polling Day, Counting of Ballots & Announcement of Results
July 5, 2025 --- Inauguration of the New Executive Committee
