Twic East Triumphs Over Twic Mayardit with Convincing 2-0 Victory.

Twic East County marked their first appearance with victory, defeating Twic Mayardit County 2-0 in a highly anticipated and well-attended friendly match played at Munuki Playground. The electrifying encounter brought football fans from both counties together in a peaceful and jubilant atmosphere.

The game kicked off with a solemn moment of silence in honor of the late Amb. Gen. Bior Ajang (Asuod), a revered national hero. Soon after, the action began, and it was Twic East who immediately stamped their authority.

Star midfielder Kuol Arabi stunned the hosts with an early goal in just the 4th minute, setting the tone for a dominant first half. His pace and clinical finish sent Twic East supporters into celebration mode. The pressure continued to mount, and in the 34th minute, Magai Lampard secured the victory and doubled the lead with a composed strike that sealed the match for the visitors before halftime.

In a key moment that excited fans and highlighted Twic East’s commitment to nurturing talent, 14-year-old Deng Bul, popularly known as Deng Cr., was substituted into the game in the second half.
